CANCELLATION POLICIES

• free rescheduling of the reservation up to 28 days before arrival (a voucher will be issued within September 2021) - for cancellations from 27 to 8 days from the start date of the stay the deposit will not be returned (Article 1385 of the civil code);
  in case of cancellation from 7 to 0 days before arrival, a penalty equal to 60% of your stay will be required (deducting the deposit already paid);
• in case of cancellation due to positive Covid of family members and / or quarantine, it will be possible to reschedule the reservation free of charge (a voucher will be issued which can be used by September 2022) the unwillingness to carry out checks aimed at obtaining the Green Pass if necessary for travel is not part of the COVID motivations;
• in case of no show the penality is 80% of your stay.

KITCHEN

RESTAURANT

• At the restaurant we DO NOT work double shifts, if there are few people, we keep 1 meter between table and table, otherwise we have equipped ourselves with booths ensuring safety and allowing us not to have to do double shifts during meals

ACTIVITES AND ANIMATION

• We moved most of the outdoor activities by organizing small groups
• regular sanification (at least once a day) of play areas
