We also ask you to indicate in the causal clause the period of your stay and the name with which you made the reservation so that we can find a match with the payment you made.

Cancellation Policies:

• In no case will the deposit be refunded.
• In case of cancellation, the deposit will be lost.
• For cancellations up to 40 days before the start of the stay, a penalty equal to 30% of the total stay will be charged (minus the deposit already paid).
• For cancellations from 27 to 14 days before the start of the stay, a penalty equal to 50% of the total stay will be charged (minus the deposit already paid).
• For cancellations from 14 to 7 days before arrival, a penalty equal to 70% of the total stay will be charged (minus the deposit already paid).
• For cancellations from 6 to 1 day before arrival, a penalty equal to 90% of the total stay will be charged (minus the deposit already paid).
• In case of no-show, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.

These policies also apply in case of COVID-19 positivity.

Be careful of unforeseen events and add insurance to your booking.
Calculate the premium and take out the travel insurance policy within 48 hours of our confirmation!!!

Departure before the end of your stay

If the occupied room is vacated, for any reason, during the stay in the days preceding the departure established, the amount agreed upon by offer and acceptance must still be paid by the customer at the hotel. Excluded are any extras already added (cost of pets, garage) agreed in the offer itself.
