For confirmation we kindly ask you to send within 7 days a deposit by bank transfer of 30% of the total stay with payment to the bank account named after:

We also ask you to indicate in the causal clause the period of your stay and the name with which you made the reservation so that we can find a match with the payment you made.

Cancellation policies:

• Free rescheduling of the reservation up to 40 days before arrival (a voucher will be issued available for 12 months) – for cancellation from 27 to 14 days from the date of arrival the deposit will not be refunded (art. 1385 Civil Code)
• in case of cancellation from 14 to 7 days before arrival a cancellation fee of 60% of your stay will be charged (deduction of the deposit already paid)
• in case of cancellation from 6 to 1 days before arrival a cancellation fee of 80% of your stay will be charged (deduction of the deposit already paid)
• in case of no-show we will ask the total amount
• COVID’s reasons do not include the unwillingness to carry out checks aimed at obtaining the Green Pass or stamps if necessary for travel!

Be careful of unforeseen events and add insurance to your booking.
Calculate the premium and take out the travel insurance policy within 48 hours of our confirmation!!!

Departure before the end of your stay

If the occupied room is vacated, for any reason, during the stay in the days preceding the departure established, the amount agreed upon by offer and acceptance must still be paid by the customer at the hotel. Excluded are any extras already added (cost of pets, garage) agreed in the offer itself.
