The Management of Hotel Madonnina Resort & Wellness, as well as wishing its guests a happy stay in Soraga, provides the following useful information for making the most of our services.

Booking validity

In case of early departure that is different from the reservation, communicated either in written or verbal form, the Management will retain the cost of all unused days excluding extras, pursuant to the Italian Civil Code (travel contract). For any cancellations the cancellation policy will be applied.

Arrival and departure

Rooms will be available from 3 pm and must be vacated no later than 10 am on the day of departure.
